Breaded eggplant rolls filled with ricotta cheese and topped with

house made marinara sauce.

sundried tomatoes in a light pesto cream sauce

Vegetable stir-fry served on white rice

Add: popcorn shrimp, chicken, or pork for an additional $2.00 per person

Minimum requirements are no less than three stations for food

and minimum of no less than 75 guests.


Carving chef: additional charge of $ 75.00


All food must be consumed on premises.

No food may be taken off premises in compliance with health department regulations.

All food must be removed after two (2) hours from the start time of the dinner.
