All of our menus have been proven and are excellent choices. However we know that everyone has unique taste and special requests. Our Chef’s always look forward to creating new and creative foods for each event. Please tell us yours and we would be grateful to accommodate your ideas.

Professional Wait Staff

All of our staff has been trained in fine dinning. They practice our three steps of service on every event.

Our staff is always well groomed and dressed with impeccable, clean, and pressed uniforms. We offer several styles of uniforms to meet your request. We will even dress to your theme party when requested.

Bartenders

We provide complete service with professional bartenders that have knowledge of wines and specialty drinks. We provide all of the necessary tools and equipment for your bar needs. They are also responsible in caring for your guest in the event that anyone may over indulge. They will inform the host and will take on the responsibility of refusing to serve anyone that may appear intoxicated. They follow the rules of

1. Green light – OK to serve.

2. Yellow light – serve with caution. When a guest starts to show that they are consuming too much the bartender slows down in offering them additional beverages.

3. Red light- the person will no longer be served, for their own protection and to protect the host and other guests.

We will always inform the host of any situation before a guest reaches the Red light status.

Silver Platter Service

We artistically display your menu selection. We offer a wide selection of silver and pewter platters. Most of our silver is antique and our Pewter has been hand selected from Mexico.

We can also offer a modern style platters upon your request.

Event & Wedding Planning

When you are planning your event and or wedding, we assist you with other needs and details beyond your food and service requirement. We help you and guide you with ordering tables, chairs, and linens.

               
We also suggest the best entertainment and work with them on the set-up and their requirements, such as tables, chairs, and electrical needs, as well as loading the equipment in and out of your event location. We contact your baker and coordinate the table location and delivery time.

Cake Cutting Service & Cookie display

We cut your cake and decorate the plates with fresh berries and sauce at no additional charge to you. Your cookies can be delivered in boxes and we will display them on platters. We also offer to place them back into the boxes at the end of your special event.
