 balsamic Dijon, Italian, Thousand Island 

 Traditional Caesar, romaine lettuce, garlic croutons,

Slow roasted ribs (2 bones each) with a choice of

regular, honey, hot, or Carolina BBQ sauce

BBQ Chicken with a choice of hickory, honey, nuclear, or Carolina BBQ sauce

Assorted grilled sausages with peppers, onions, and hoagie rolls (1 per person)

Grilled ½ pound hamburgers and with American cheese, ice burg lettuce,

Sliced tomatoes, red onions, mustard, catsup, and mayonnaise

All food must be consumed on premises

 No food may be taken off premises in compliance with health department regulations

All food must be removed after one and half hours from the start time of the dinner
