Wow, what a night!  We believe the evening was a fantastic success and a step closer to finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. 

To the “finest couples,” we wanted to say congratulations again.  It was a pleasure meeting you.  We were honored to be in such esteemed company and to be recognized with you. Each of you contributed so much to make the evening a wonderful event.  It was a memorable night, and the money raised will benefit so many.

To Christy and staff, you did a great job in planning the event.  It was a lovely evening, in a beautiful house, with magnificent food.  Steve and Peter are so gracious and it is always fun going back to their home for events.  Jay’s delicious food was perfect from the first bite to the last morsel.

Everything was so well organized, and you made it fun for the couples involved.  You even arranged fireworks!!!  We are proud to be a small part of such a great organization, and to work with such a caring and compassionate committee.

I was at a wedding at the Edgewood Club last night and thought your staff
did an exceptional job!  Everyone was super friendly and attentive to all
the guests.  Anytime we asked for something it was right there and the
servers/bartenders always did it with a smile.  I told the manager in charge
that I am getting married in July 09 and if the venue didn't already come
with a caterer (Pittsburgh Airport Marriott), I would have chosen you guys
hands down after what I experienced last night.  I will definitely recommend
you to anyone I know looking for a caterer in the future.  I work for my
fiance's dad who owns a restaurant and was a server all throughout college.
I know in this industry you are always hearing about the bad and never the
good so I wanted to congratulate you on a job well done.  Thanks!  Kristen

Hi Jay,

I just wanted to let you know that our event was a huge success! Thank you so much for all of your help and guidance. As you might have heard, we ran out of food but it wasn’t because there wasn’t enough, it was because people just wouldn’t leave! There were still people there at 2 am. The food was fabulous and your staff was so professional, helpful and nice. We’ll definitely keep Catered Elegance in mind for any future catering needs.

I wanted to send you an e-mail and let you know how thankful I am for Steve
and Pete's recommendation. The lady you picked to manage the event was so
nice. She above all, made the experience the best. Your staff did a
wonderful job of setting up; the presentation was perfect. The girls behind
the bar did a good job of being attentive. They were absolutely wonderful
and the food was raved about by everyone at my sister's shower. In
particular, the desserts were amazing.
Overall, it was a great experience and I just want you to know that I
appreciate all you did and hope to use you and your company again soon.
It was simply marvelous!

Hello my dear:  We are still on cloud nine.......the wedding was above and beyond our expectations.   Jay you are our hero.   We have received compliment after compliment.   Your staff was impeccable......I cannot say enough.  I want to do it all over again..........(your like yea right) LOL..................anyway I know we need to touch base.  I still have your picture frame.  And I was just wondering if by any chance our big cup cake was salvaged.......no biggy.     Everyone said the food was delicious....Ray and I did not have one bite because of all the fun happening around us.......I guess we will have to go to another wedding or function that you are catering so we can enjoy it..........anyway we want to get together for drinks or something and settle stuff...............

Jamaica was beautiful.......we had he time of our lives.........we just got back Monday and been busy, busy,.........Again, Jay thank you, thank you for making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives.    God Bless you and your staff....
