Traditional Caesar, romaine lettuce, garlic croutons,

 shaved parmesan cheese and Chef made Caesar dressing

Red skin potato, green beans, red onion in a dill balsamic Dijon dressing

Gramma Anna’s egg potato salad with gherkins pickles

Gramma Anna’s Cole slaw

Broccoli, cheese, raisons, walnuts, bacon, and red onion in a light mayonnaise dressing

Cold country fried buttermilk chicken (1 per person)

Slow roasted pork ribs with a hickory, honey, or Carolina BBQ sauce (2 bones per person)

Assorted grilled sausages with peppers, onions, and hoagie rolls (1 per person)

Grilled ½ pound hamburgers and with American cheese, ice burg lettuce,

Sliced tomatoes, red onions, mustard, catsup, and mayonnaise

All food must be removed after one and half hours from the start time of the dinner
